To do at home. This meditation will guide you visualize being in Nature.
3 Themed Forest Bathing sessions
We will walk through the five pillars of the method SENSE.
1 Sound bath
Sound baths will help you relax and let go of stress and anxiety. Master sound healer Erin Cruz will guide the 60 mn session.
1 Movement in Nature session
We will move gently in Nature. Hike, Yoga and Dance on the menu.
Journaling will help you track and reflect on your personal growth during the program
