Full Moon Forest Bathing

Meet: Visitor center  -  Fees: $30 per person ($5 off your ticket price will go to the center as a donation).

Who: Adults and mature youth due to the slow, therapeutic Nature of the program.

What to expect:  Immerse yourself in the tranquil embrace of nature at the Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center during a Full Moon Forest Bathing session. As the full moon graces the night sky, this unique experience invites you to reconnect with the wilderness in a serene and rejuvenating way. Guided by Laurence Turcios, a certified Nature and Forest therapy guide, you'll embark on a gentle stroll through the enchanting forest, allowing your senses to awaken to the subtle symphony of the nocturnal world.

After each invitation to engage with nature, we will pause and share our experiences with one another.

An herbal tea will be served at the end of the session.

Bring: Water, walking shoes, dress for the weather, wear insect repellent, and bring a yoga mat.
