Forest Bathing and Nature Therapy programs
My mission is to support midlife women in finding balance and clarity by reconnecting with nature. Through mindful nature practices, I aim to create a nurturing space where they can slow down, restore their wellbeing, and embrace the beauty of this life transition with confidence.
Hi, I'm Laurence!
I grew up surrounded by the beauty of the South of France, nestled between the Alps and the Mediterranean.
My love for nature has always been a big part of me, and during my backpacking years, I discovered the healing power of slow solo travel and the simple act of contemplating nature’s beauty.
Those quiet moments, whether on a mountaintop or a secluded beach, became my way of finding peace and clarity.

Life took me on a whirlwind adventure—I worked in tourism, explored different cultures, and eventually met my husband in Guatemala.
We settled in Bangkok with our young daughter. I loved the vibrant energy of the city, but deep down, I missed nature’s calming presence.

In my quest to fill that void, I turned to yoga, mindfulness, and nature retreats.
After having my second child, I started practicing mindful walks in parks, and that was a turning point. I realized how these simple walks helped me find balance, especially during my menopause transition.
I felt the physical and emotional challenges of this time, and connecting with nature became my way of managing my emotional roller coaster, finding clarity, and improving my sleep.

Now, I live in North Texas, where I offer Nature Therapy and Forest Bathing sessions to midlife women like me. I’m a Certified Forest and Therapy Guide with ANFT and a Certified Menopause Coach, and I’ve designed my programs to help women reconnect with nature and themselves, particularly through the ups and downs of midlife.
It’s not just about the walks; it’s about creating space for you to slow down and guide you to improve your wellbeing.
