About the event
Meet: The Lost Pines Trail. Right on the left from the entrance (Note there is a $7 entrance/parking fee).
Who: Adults and mature youth due to the slow, therapeutic nature of the program.
What to expect: We will walk at a slow pace for about 1 mile. After a short introduction about Nature and Forest therapy, I will guide you through a series of invitations that will allow you to reconnect with Nature, yourself, and the community. After each invitation, we will take a moment to share and reflect. The walk culminates with a tea ceremony and snack.
Bring: Water, trail shoes, dress for the weather, wear insect repellent, and bring a sitting pad if preferred to ground.
Weather disclosure: If the weather does not allow us to have our event or recent weather has caused the trail to close, I will either relocate, reschedule or refund your ticket price OR you can transfer to another date. Please check your email for any updates.
