Nature and Forest Bathing with Kids

Nature and Forest Bathing encourages the practice of walking slowly and experiencing nature with our senses. It has been shown to reduce stress, improve concentration span, and even boost the immune system.

At this Nature and Forest Bathing walk (designed especially for families), I will be offering several invitations in the form of creative, fun and recreational activities. We will contemplate, play, create and share with each other. The walk culminates with herbal tea and snacks.

Fees are per person. Adults and Children will participate.
