What to expect: Step into Serenity on the Blackjack Trail! Join us for a tranquil journey through a rustic Cross Timbers forest, adorned with post oak, cedar elm, and blackjack oak. We'll stroll a gentle mile together, surrounded by nature's beauty.

But this isn't just a walk; 

it's a chance to discover the incredible calming power of Forest Bathing. 

As your guide, I'll introduce you to this practice, leading you through a series of inviting experiences that will help you to  connect with nature, yourself, and the others participants.

After each of these  invitations, we'll pause to share about what we are noticing, deepening our connection with the world around us. And as the walk reaches its serene conclusion, we'll come together for a soothing tea and a snack. 

Meet: Visitor center parking - Blackjack trail at LLELA (Please note that LLELA charges a 5$ per vehicle for parking and entrance fee)

Who: Adults and mature youth due to the slow, therapeutic nature of the program

Bring: Water, trail shoes, dress for the weather, wear insect repellent, and bring a sitting pad if preferred to ground.

Weather disclosure: If the weather does not allow us to have our event or recent weather has caused the trail to close, I will either relocate, reschedule or refund your ticket price OR you can transfer to another date. Please check your email for any updates.
