The Naturepause - Earth's Daughters

Special Earth Day.   This session will emphasize the shared qualities of resilience, nurturing and sustaining life between women and Mother earth. 

Our sessions begin with a guided stroll through the natural landscape, inviting you to fully engage with the sights, sounds, and fragrances around you.

Through focused breathing and heightened bodily awareness, you'll gradually embrace mindfulness, allowing you to savor the present moment in unhurried strides.

Alongside this, expect moments of meditation, movement and personal reflection through journaling.

As the session unfolds, we gather for a heartwarming tea ceremony, followed by a supportive sharing circle.

Here, you'll find a secure space to openly converse about your unique journey through midlife, surrounded by empathetic women who share similar experiences.

Remember to pack: water, walking shoes, appropriate attire for the weather,(wear long pants) insect repellent , and if you prefer, a sitting pad for added comfort on the ground.
