Experience the japanese practice of Forest bathing tailored for women navigating midlife transformation.

This serene practice offers respite from the challenges of this phase, fostering tranquility amidst the lush forest surroundings.

Immerse yourself in the therapeutic embrace of the pine forest. 

The practice of Forest Bathing helps alleviate not only 

hot flashes, 

anxiety, and depression,

but also bring forth a myriad of wellness advantages. 

Enjoy improved sleep, 

heightened moods, 

a healthier heart, 

and enhanced concentration.

Our sessions begin with a guided stroll through the natural landscape, inviting you to fully engage with the sights, sounds, and fragrances around you. 

Through focused breathing and heightened bodily awareness, you'll gradually embrace mindfulness, allowing you to savor the present moment in unhurried strides.

 Alongside this, expect moments of meditation, movement and personal reflection through journaling.

As the session unfolds, we gather for a heartwarming tea ceremony, followed by a supportive sharing circle. 

Here, you'll find a secure space to openly converse about your unique journey through midlife, surrounded by empathetic women who share similar experiences.

 Join us in this rejuvenating journey through nature, dedicated to empowering you during this transformative phase of life.

Meet: Lost pine trail. Once you have passed the entrance (Note there is a $7 State park pass) u-turn and you will see the trail parking lot.

Remember to pack: water, trail shoes, appropriate attire for the weather,(wear long pants) insect repellent , and if you prefer, a sitting pad for added comfort on the ground.
