 Alongside this, expect moments of meditation, movement and personal reflection through journaling.

Meet: Lost pine trail. Once you have passed the entrance (Note there is a $7 State park pass) u-turn and you will see the trail parking lot.
Remember to pack: water, trail shoes, appropriate attire for the weather,(wear long pants) insect repellent , and if you prefer, a sitting pad for added comfort on the ground.
