The Naturepause - Roots and Growth

** Note - this sessions takes place the 4th Saturday of the month **

Our sessions begin with a guided stroll through the Forest, inviting you to fully engage with the sights, sounds, and fragrances around you.

Through focused breathing and heightened bodily awareness, you'll gradually embrace mindfulness, allowing you to savor the present moment in unhurried strides.

Alongside this, expect moments of meditation, movement and personal reflection through journaling.

As the session unfolds, we gather for a heartwarming tea ceremony, followed by a supportive sharing circle.

Here, you'll find a secure space to openly converse about your unique journey through midlife, surrounded by empathetic women who share similar experiences.

Join us in this rejuvenating journey through nature, dedicated to empowering you during this transformative phase of life.

Meet:  Visitor Center. The Black jack Trail. Once you have passed the entrance (Note there is a $5 parking/entrance fee) you will see the gate to the visitor center on your right. use google maps  app.

Remember to pack: water, walking shoes, appropriate attire for the weather,(wear long pants) insect repellent , and if you prefer, a sitting pad for added comfort on the ground.
