About the event
Meet: Visitor center  - Fees: $25 per person ($5 off your ticket price will go to the center as a donation).
Who: Adults and mature youth due to the slow, therapeutic Nature of the program.
What to expect: Â We will stroll about 1.5 miles. With an elevation change of 150 feet over the first half mile, the West Loop Trail provides a challenge and a change in perspective! This trail offers spectacular panoramic views and an opportunity to get deep into this beautiful site. After a short introduction about Nature and Forest therapy, I will guide you through a series of invitations that will allow you to reconnect with Nature and yourself, and the community. After each invitation, we will take a moment to share and reflect. The walk culminates with a tea ceremony and snack.
Bring: Water, trail shoes, dress for the weather, wear insect repellent, and bring a sitting pad if preferred to ground.
Weather disclosure: If the weather does not allow us to have our event or recent weather has caused the trail to close, I will either relocate, reschedule or refund your ticket price OR you can transfer to another date. Please check your email for any updates.
