You can rest easy knowing that we've got everything covered for you - from meals lovingly prepared to carefully scheduled activities, all you need to do is show up, and we'll take care of the rest.

But it doesn't stop when the retreat ends. Your transformation is an ongoing process. We're here to help you integrate your newfound insights into your daily life. Think  vision board, clarity and intentions for the season.

You'll also have the chance to participate in our monthly Naturepause sessions, maintaining the serenity and growth you've uncovered during your retreat experience.

The cabin

Situated in the Broken Bow area, Among the Pines is a beautifully modern take on the farmhouse style, offering a luxurious cabin experience. Set against the National Forest, this property provides both enhanced privacy and stunning views.

ACCOMODATION OPTIONS

The master cabin is on the ground level,  It features a king bed and an expansive master bathroom, The suite opens onto its own covered patio.

 

The upstairs area of the cabin houses 4 additional suites that  contain a king bed and a twin daybed with a trundle,  along with a full private bathroom. 

 

Every bed in the cabin is outfitted with luxury bedding and premium mattresses, ensuring a restful sleep experience.

The weekend and all-inclusive package includes the following:

- 1 Forest Bathing session

- 1 Guided hike

- 1 Yoga Nidra session (Guided meditations for deep rest and relaxation) 

- 1 Yoga class 

- Workshop: Renew - Sync with Spring energy

- Healthy meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sunday brunch)

- Coffee/Tea

- Light snacks served Friday and Saturday at 5pm

 


Not included in the retreat package:

- Transportation to the Cabin and to Beaver Bend State park

- Alcoholic beverages (Fell free to BYOB and consume it in a mindful way)

- 60 minutes massage by Ana, our Certified Massage therapist. $50 Reservation recommended.


A non refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve your spot.

  • What is Forest Bathing?
    Forest Therapy is a research-based practice for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in forests and other natural environments taking in all in through our senses. Studies have demonstrated a wide array of health benefits, especially in the cardiovascular and immune systems, and for stabilizing and improving mood and cognition. Forest Bathing is good for both physical and mental well-being. It is proven to reduce stress hormone production, improve feelings of happiness and free up creativity.
  • Terms and conditions
    To secure your spot, a reservation fee of $200 is required, and the remaining balance must be paid by 04/02/2024. Flexible payment options are available, so feel free to contact me for further discussion. Regarding cancellations, please note our standard policy: Payments made are considered final and non-refundable. Rest assured that your investment in the retreat is fully protected. In the unlikely event that Laurence@Slowtrails needs to cancel the retreat for any reason you will get a full refund. In case of severe weather conditions the retreat will be rescheduled. I recommend purchasing your own travel/trip cancellation insurance so your trip fees will be covered in case you have to cancel your retreat.     Friday May 3rd 2.00 Meet at Beaver Bend State Park Introductions/Week end overview 3.00 Guided Hike 5.00 Check in to the Cabin Snack and Fruit. 7.00 - Dinner 8.30 - Yoga Nidra Saturday, May 4th 8.00 - Coffee/Tea. 8.30 - Breakfast. 10.00 - Workshop Renew - Sync with Spring energy! 12.30 - Lunch. Free time in the afternoon. Get a massage, relax in the spa, go for walk or do nothing! 5.00 - Snack and Fruits. 5.30 - Evening Yoga 7.00 - Dinner. Sunday, May 5th 8.30 - Coffee/Tea. 9.30 - Brunch. 11.00 - Check out and drive to Beaver Bend State Park. 12.00- - Forest Bathing 1.30 - Final Sharing Circle and gratitude. 2.00 - End of the retreat. Optional lunch in town (Not included)
  • What to bring?
    Water bottle, Walking shoes, Slippers, Hat, Outdoor hiking clothes, Insect repellent, Yoga mat and any yoga prop you have like booster, blocks etc... Yoga clothes and comfortable clothes for relaxing, Sitting pad, Journal for workshops, In case of rain, poncho or umbrella, Extra pair of shoes or rain boots Sunscreen Anything else you can think of that would make you feel comfortable like your own pillow or favorite blanket. Book or Magazines .
  • What is Yoga Nidra?
    In Yoga Nidra you are relaxing to a deep meditative state, induced by a guided mediation.
  • What is the maximum participant capacity?
    The retreat has limited availability since I will only be accepting 8 participants. It is designed to create an intimate and close-knit environment, fostering connection and community
