and enlightening discussions.

You can rest easy knowing that we've got everything covered for you - from meals lovingly prepared to carefully scheduled activities, all you need to do is show up, and we'll take care of the rest
But it doesn't stop when the retreat ends. Your transformation is an ongoing process. We're here to help you integrate your newfound insights into your daily life. Think self-care practices and meaningful rituals that will serve as your compass on this continuous voyage.

You'll also have the chance to participate in our monthly Naturepause sessions, maintaining the serenity and growth you've uncovered during your retreat experience.

What is TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises)TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
