  • Do I need any experience in nature therapy or forest bathing?
No experience is necessary! I will guide you through each practice while also giving you the opportunity to connect with nature in a way that feels right for you.
  • What is Forest Bathing?
Forest Therapy is a research-based practice for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in forests and other natural environments taking in all in through our senses. Studies have demonstrated a wide array of health benefits, especially in the cardiovascular and immune systems, and for stabilizing and improving mood and cognition. Forest Bathing is good for both physical and mental well-being. It is proven to reduce stress hormone production, improve feelings of happiness and free up creativity.
  • What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
If the weather is severe, we will reschedule the session. Light rain can actually enhance the forest bathing experience, so we’ll still meet unless conditions are unsafe. You’ll be notified in advance of any changes. If I need to cancel the session, you can either keep your ticket for the next one or ask for a refund.
  • I’m interested, but I don’t live in your area.
I would love for you to come....For obvious reasons, these session are in person but it you are curious about Forest Bathing, please join my online course, "How to Practice Forest Bathing." It includes a full recorded session that you can do in your local state park—or even right in your own backyard! You can check it out here:
  • What is the maximum number of participants?
The maximum number of participants allowed in a Nature Therapy walk is 10 to ensure that every participant has time to share and engage fully in the activities.
